HKCHAT provides Hong Kong life information, matching, and AI assistance. Immigration, education, housing, and employment content is general information—not legal, immigration, investment, or other professional assurance.
Your responsibilities
Content must be lawful, accurate, and respectful of others' rights. Fraud, harassment, discrimination, illegal transactions, spam, and disclosure of private information are prohibited.
Publishing and contact
Publishing, revealing contact details, and saving exact location require explicit actions. You remain responsible for offline meetings, transactions, and information sharing.
Moderation
We may investigate reports, restrict or remove violating content, and suspend accounts when necessary to protect users and the platform. You may permanently erase your account.
Limits
We work to keep the service safe and available, but do not guarantee matches, third-party content, or uninterrupted operation. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
